                                     Saji Japanese Traditional Style Knives

   Another unique Japanese Traditional style knives from Master Saji. He is bringing outdoor mind to the kitchen!

   We were all surprised to see his adventurous idea and attempt for making these Japanese Traditional style knives.

   At the first glance, you might think to give up using this unfamiliar design of Japanese Traditional Style knives for practical use at your kitchen. But Master Saji is not compromising the itfs original ability and cutting performance while making these traditional knives.

   The blade is made of solid Gingami No.3.  Hitachi Gingami No.3 is one of the reliable stainless steel materials for Sharpness, edge retention, rust resistance and easy maintenance.

   Master Saji has used Stag Horn for the handle. To make secure and comfortable grip, he carefully selected good rounded and proper size, shape of Stag Horn for each knifefs handle. 

   In addition to the unique Stag handled Japanese Traditional style kitchen knives, Master Saji has also worked with a Japanese Bamboo craftsman, Mr. Masatake in Kyushu district for the something different handles. The result was a very unique and real Japanese touch "Bamboo Handle Wa-Bocho". It is a carefully selected Bamboo root, that are hand polished and lacquered with wooden bolsters on both ends and Nickel silver pin.

   Total 10 different blades with two different unique handle version,  Master Saji Unique Japanese Traditional Style Knives are now available.
