Blazen knives are Ryusen’s high-end line, designed for professionals for
those who demands something extra in cutting performance and quality.
Blazen knives have beautiful cladding blade construction. Blade core is
made of SG-2 Powdered High Speed Toool Steel, sandwiched with soft stainless
steel. (HRC62 to 63).Powdered High Speed Tool Steel
is attractive and next generation of blade material which makes extra
sharpness, longer edge retention and extra durability.
Ryusen’s traditional hammer forging process and modern technology, fine
craftsmanship are combined all together for producing these fine masterpieces.
We recently had a chance to start selling these stylish New Blazen Knives
with Kanji logo. (We used to carry and sell Alphabet logo of Blazen knives
which are designed and produced for Japanese market.)
New Blazen knives come with stylish Kanji logo and more Japanese taste
of nice presentation boxes.Also several sizes of new items such as Paring, Petty 105mm, Gyuto 150mm,
Nakiri 165mm and Sujihiki 240mm are newly added to the selections.(Petty 105mm, Gyuto 150mm, Santoku, Nakiri 165mm and Sujihiki 240mm are

Each knife comes with protective black wooden sheath (Saya).
