To address in European countries, within 5 to 7 days. To address in Asian Countries, within 3 to 5 days. To Address in Australia or New Zealand within 5 days. To Address in Russia or Ukraine, within 5 to 7 days   (Holiday Season during December may cause some delays in delivery)     4.      How can I trace my parcel ?       As soon as your shipment is made, we will notify you the EMS Tracking number, and you can trace your parcel  at  EMS TRACE     5.      Is EMS shipping insured?       Yes, it is insuredfor any damages or lost during transportation. We will give a special  care for the product inspection and the packaging when shipping, but if you found  any problems, please contact us immediately. We will help you to claim your damages  and solve the problem. You may be required to submit the proof such as pictures or documents.     6.      What is your return policy?        We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your any purchases of our products. Please contact us for our instruction before you return.     7.    Can you ship to different shipping address for my gift purchasing?          Yes, we can ship your order to your family and friend in anywhere in the world. Please inform the receiver’s shipping address via Email. Our Gift Wrapping Service is available for your gift shopping.
