  We have been introducing several kinds of Carbon Steel blade kitchen knives for our customers. And we recognzied the demands for Carbon steel blade and there are many people who prefer the Carbon Steel blade kitchen knives. Of course the Carbon Steel blade has more possibility to get rust problem than stainless steel blade and requires additional care.    But still many of people like the cutting ability, good edge retention and characteristic (Easier to resharpen)of carbon steel blade. 

 From long time ago, Carbon steel had been a main kitchen knife blade material for most knives. This generation, stainless steel material has been developed, and we see many of good stainless steel kitchen knives. But I think it is great things the characteristic of Carbon steel blade (Sharpness, edge retention) will also remains for people's minds in future.

 Here is the New Line from Fujiwara Kanefusa, using Japanese Carbon Steel material. (SK-4) HRC60. 

 Full Tang Black Pakka wood handle with the bolster. Basic and Standard design, Fujiwara Kanefusa High Carbon Steel Series have total 10 kinds of blade selections.  Recommended for beginning users of carbon steel blade to heavy user of carbon steel blade or lovers of carbon steel blade.
